All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason.

Please note that turnaround times may vary, as all items are handmade. While I work diligently to complete orders as efficiently as possible, quality is always the top priority. Rushing the process may compromise the craftsmanship of your piece, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.

If an item is damaged during transit, please contact me via email so I can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks depending on current order volume. This does not include shipping time. If you need an item sooner, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page. Turnaround time may vary on occasion as I am only one person, and life can throw curveballs at any point. If you have an order that goes past turnaround time, please feel free to reach out.

All packages shipped via USPS or UPS are insured for the full value of the item. In the event an order is lost or damaged during transit, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact me promptly so I can submit the claim on your behalf for a refund.

USPS is a slower delivery service, and transit times typically range from 1–2 weeks. Sets are shipped in separate boxes to save you money on the shipping cost and the door hanger will almost always arrive a few days before the leaner.

All signs are sealed with a clear enamel to help protect the paint and finish. However, each piece is crafted from pine or high-quality plywood, and while durable, these materials are not intended for direct prolonged exposure to the elements.

Extended exposure to rain, direct sunlight, or other harsh weather conditions will naturally cause the wood to age and may lead to wear over time. For best longevity, signs should be displayed under a covered porch, or behind a storm door. No outdoor handmade sign will last forever, but we have had plenty of customers say our signs have lasted 5+ years on the porch.
